Valentine
’s Day is a day that has always been recognised for its implication with love. There
are plenty ideas to impress or even express your emotions to make the month of
love completely charm, such Pampered yourself and the love one with special spa
treatment, creates most elegant breakfast on a bed to surprise your loved ones
with the perfect tray-toted Valentine's Day spread or make a plan for a special
Valentine’s Day romantic dinner or unforgettable weekend escapade.
However,
the most popular gift idea can be made to suit all kinds on Valentine's day is
by giving a bouquet of flowers accompanied by chocolates, it is such an
intelligent idea to 'go simple'
Since
forever people have acknowledged their love and eagerly await this day in
February, I have a very simple recipe to share “Water melon and feta salad in a
glass”, it could be an idea as first course on Valentine’s Day romantic dinner,
indulgent but not too heavy.
Give and
share the love in many ways that can bring happiness for everyone and makes
every moment worth living.

Watermelon and feta salad in a glass
For
2 servings
Ingredient
150g Watermelon,
cut into triangle shape
60g feta
cheese cut in small cubes
Sprinkle
freshly ground black pepper
Mint
leaves for garnish
Whole
lime, wedged for garnish
Direction
Place and
arrange the watermelon in a glasses
Place
cubed feta cheese on a side of watermelon slices
Sprinkle
with sufficient amount of freshly black pepper
Garnish
with mint leaves and cheek of a lime on a side
Serve chill
